Air Charter Service are the largest charter brokerage with 30 offices across the globe arranging passenger and cargo aircraft charters worldwide.
As a Commercial Jets Trainee Broker, you will be responsible for providing tailor made charter solutions for groups of 19 passengers and above.
We want to ensure you become the best salesperson possible and therefore have created a detailed 14-month training programme for all of our employees to follow before they go live and start actively selling!
Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Researching and identifying clients to identify new business opportunities
- Proactively targeting a list of potential clients through different methods of outreach
- Follow up quickly and efficiently on any enquiries – converting any potential clients into ACS clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Manage charter bookings from initial enquiry to completion
Qualifikationen
When it comes to training ACS have you covered but there are several things needed from you to be successful in this role:
- Customer focused, ambitious and driven
- Have previously worked in customer facing roles, ideally within luxury and with HNWI
- Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets
- Confident communicator
- Flexible and willing to work out of hours (Aviation isn’t 9-5)!
- MUST HOLD A VALID GERMAN/EU DRIVERS LICENSE
- MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FREQUENTLY

Based in this location, you will receive a basic salary of €42,000 per annum. After successfully meeting all targets by month 4, you will be eligible to receive a non-sales bonus for 12 months.
